Who we are

Easter Angel's Home Care provides non-medical, private-duty care to seniors in assisted living communities and private homes in the North Metro Atlanta area of Georgia. This policy applies to our website and to the information you send us through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This happens in two places:

Care assessment form. Your name, email address, phone number, city, the type of care and hours you are considering, where your loved one lives, and anything you write about their health and your family's needs.

Caregiver application form. Your name, email address, phone number, city, certifications, experience, availability, and anything you write about yourself.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs for security purposes. We also use cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising, described below.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies and collects information like your device type, approximate location, and pages viewed. Google processes this on our behalf under its own privacy policy. This information is not linked to the name or contact details you submit in a form.

Advertising. We may advertise on Google and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. These platforms may place cookies or pixels on our site to measure whether their ads led you here and to show our ads to people who have visited. We do not share your form submissions with advertisers.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust ad preferences in your Google and social media accounts. Our site still works with cookies turned off.

How we use it

We use what you share to respond to you, to prepare for a consultation or interview, to plan care for your loved one, and to keep in touch with you about the services or position you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Health information

Families sometimes share health details in the assessment form. We treat that information as confidential, limit access to the people who need it to plan care, and store it securely. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing online; we can gather the rest by phone.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us through our website hosting provider, Netlify, which stores them securely on our behalf. Analytics and advertising data is processed by the providers named above. We may share your information with a caregiver assigned to your loved one, and with your loved one's community staff or medical providers when it is needed to coordinate care. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep assessment and application information for as long as we need it to serve you or consider your application, and as required by law for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at the details below. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Family portal

We may offer a family portal, run by a care management software provider, where families can see schedules, visit notes, and caregiver updates. The portal has its own login and its own privacy terms, which we will link to when it launches. Information in the portal is used only to coordinate and communicate about your loved one's care.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
